Cut Loose is an open level movement session for women to come together, find joy and confidence through dance.

An Cosán provides people of all ages with pathways to learning, leadership and enterprise by offering courses from basic level right up to BA degree programmes. Their approach to Adult Community Education is unique in that it offers a holistic range of wraparound support services to support adults on their learning journey. These include Early Years’ education and care, financial support, IT support, parenting support and 1:1 mentoring, tutoring and counselling.
